What we collect

Inquiry form. When you send us an inquiry we collect the name, email address, phone number (optional), the reason you are reaching out, and your message. We store this so we can respond to you, and we email a copy to our team.

Newsletter. If you subscribe, we store your email address so we can send updates about fashion shows, workshops, and new faces. Every email includes a way to unsubscribe, or you can email us at any time to be removed.

Technical data. Like most websites, our host records standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited). We use this only to keep the site running and secure. If analytics are enabled, we may use a privacy-respecting analytics tool to understand how visitors use the site in aggregate.

How we use it

To reply to inquiries, to consider talent applications, to coordinate with sponsors and collaborators, and to send the updates you asked for. We do not sell your information. We do not share it with third parties except service providers who help us run this website and send email, and only as needed for that purpose.

Photos and talent

Talent featured on this site have agreed to be represented and to have their images shown here. If you are featured and would like an image updated or removed, contact us.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@essenceofimage.com and we will take care of it.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. Talent under 18 are represented only with a parent or guardian’s consent.
